We provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell software & products to customers around the globe. All products sold through cottingley computers are brand new and unused unless otherwise stated or requested, However we do sell and install used parts occationally but these parts and products are Fully tested by qualified engineers and only used or sold when this is an instore job or order. All products sold via online means are brand new and unused. All images shown are for illustration purposes only & the actual product may vary due to product upgrades and enhancements. All our products are of high quality, Sourced within the UK & come with a guarantee. We will replace any faulty or damaged goods on receiving the products back & after testing or checking the product returned to confirm this.

ONLINE STORE TERMS

We dont offer refunds on software that has been sent or downloaded.

Once a purchase is made please include your name, address, email & phone number. We ask for this information if you require equipment. We order and post products out on ordering, We use first class signed for delivery for products. If its just software then this is available immediatly & we only need your name & email address to send the software for downloading. We offer a free install service at checkout but if you choose to self install the software then return for us to do it or purchase elsewhere then an installation fee applies for this service & you can download teamviewer remote support for this here

If you create any accounts with us you must not transmit any worms or viruses of a destructive nature.

Any breach or violation of our terms will result in the immediate termination of all your accounts, & orders.

EXTRA'S, REFUND'S & RETURN'S POLICY

We do not refund any software because once its downloaded you have the software & we also dont refund undamaged or working products.

We will replace any faulty or damaged material parts, Once we have received the original product back and we have checked and tested the product

Extra's may be needed e.g. (cables). If you choose to self install then return to us and the product or software was purchased from us setup is reduced to £30, Although if the product or software was purchased elsewhere then we charge a remote or instore setup & installation fee of £40 for this service

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve various networks ;& changes to conform to the technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES & PRICES

All our services are available online through the website or facebook here. These products or services are always available and are subject to our refunds & returns policy above. Although software when sent or downloaded is not refundable, We do replace any damaged or faulty equipment once this has been returned check or tested. We also only replace or refund if the product or equipment is brand new. 2nd & 3rd hand equipment is sold as is but we guarantee everything works If pre used equipment replacements are refused by the customer then this is a breach of contract as we have tried to rectify the agreement with a replacement or a repair. (our online installation service & support can be accessed by downloading AnyDesk or TeamViewer)

We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time. we may change any product or service offers made on this service at any time. We guarantee that the quality of any product, services or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations product & software setup is free at checkout otherwise chargable. We do understand when products are posted they take time to arrive so we extend the free setup untill products have been received

Antivirus software must be activly running and scanning, Virus infections while the service is disabled or off are not covered under our guarantee and we will check when you were infected and wether the protection was running or diabled at the time of you receiving the infection. We may sometimes disable security or prompt you via self install to temporary disable your peotection to install certain files but we check and guarantee these files are safe for installing but exemptions must be added to your realtime scanning within your antivirus product or windows defender

We endover to supply our products and services fully, due to updates, postal strikes & stocks product and services may be delayed or limited depending on the time scale of strikes, refilling stocks or the time updates take. We aim to finish updates and rectify stocks but we've no control over postal strikes
